The subscription is managed directly by Apple (App Store). To cancel, modify or check the status:
Renewal stops at the end of the period already paid for, with no extra charges.
You have "freezes" that automatically protect your streak for missed days. If they run out, the streak resets โ to keep the leaderboard fair, we can't restore it manually, sorry.
Open the app โ Profile โ Settings โ Delete account. The deletion is immediate and final: all your data is removed from our servers within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR.

Yes, PandaCoco is free and includes lessons, flashcards, leaderboard and hanzi practice. The Premium subscription removes the 5-lives limit, unlocks advanced content and gives you unlimited lives. You can cancel anytime from the App Store.
